Hongkai was my classmate for my GDAPP (Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology). He’s a counsellor who is trained in psychotherapy, and specialises in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), SFBT (solution-focused brief therapy), and mindfulness.
His counselling sessions helped me identify the deeper reasons behind certain behaviours, mindsets, and actions. Bonus – his sessions are pro bono for now (he’s completed the practicum, and is awaiting the paperwork his certification).
