At 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘌𝘺𝘦𝘴, 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘥 empowers individuals and organisations to unlock their potential and take bold, intentional steps towards a truly fulfilling life. Over a decade of experience in business, design, and user research has given 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘥 a firsthand understanding about why people struggle to live the life they truly desire. 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘥’s passion for people, the art of living, and the courage to embrace one’s true self drives his work forms the foundation for his work as a personal and organisational transformation coach.

Marcus Goh

𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘴 was an overwhelmed and burnt-out salaryman. Then one day, he discovered the secret to sustainable, optimal productivity – positive psychology. Positive psychology is the science of optimal human functioning. Now he’s a productivity coach and educational escape room designer who runs 𝘏𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘺 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦. His mission? To help time-starved professionals optimise their potential through wellbeing – by leveraging his decades of experience in adult learning, gifted education, and media production.
